The cement based flexible exterior wall putty manufactured by usby using quality material. It is white cement based putty forcement plastering wall and ceilings and used to fill the unevensurface of cement plastering wall and concrete walls. It can beapplied on freshly plastered wall thus resulting in saving time andcost.

Substrate requirement

The substrate should be sound, dry, flat, clean and durable

 

substrate preparation

· Clean the substrate until free from dust, oil, or any other stains

· When high temperature season or dry substrate, substrate should be wet one day before

Application

                            

· Put 8.5liters clean water in a bucket. Gradually add one bag (25 kg) of powder into water

· Mix properly until homogeneous and lump-free

· Leave the product for 5~10 minutes. Then mix the second time for 1~2 minutes

· Apply the 1st coat of product onto the substrate. When the finish is dry, apply the 2nd coat.  Each thickness is about 0.5~0.6 mm

· Ensure a flat, smooth
